At Oreva Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns may only be accepted if:

The item was received damaged or defective.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Return Request
If your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if an incorrect item was shipped.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
